Boeing Phantom Works

Boeing will be using the language of System Dyanmics (causal loops diagrams and stock/flow notations) to capture observations, ours as well as those of other participates, in a model of the Strong Angel III experience. We will be watching how the demonstration is set up, how various people and organizations respond to situations (both known and surprises), how understanding of both context and needed action is developed and how each changes over time, and then asking people questions to check our understanding of what we think is taking place.
